1. The Service

DaimondBet is an online gaming and betting platform operated at 247bet.site. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of the platform. “You” means the registered player. Payments, games and sports markets may be provided by third-party processors and studios under contract with us.

2. Important notice

Read these Terms in full before you deposit or play. If anything is unclear, take independent legal advice in your country. Use of the Service is at your own risk and only where online gambling is lawful for you.

By ticking acceptance at registration (or by continuing to use the account) you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.

3. General

These Terms take effect when your account is created. Later use of any part of the site is further acceptance.

If a game rule, bonus rule or sportsbook rule conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless we say otherwise in writing.

We may publish translations. If a translation differs from the English text, the English version controls the legal relationship.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new version. It is your responsibility to check this page.

4. Account

You must register personally. Provide a real email and, when asked, accurate identity, date of birth, address and payment details. Incomplete or false data may lead to suspension; deposits and winnings tied to that data may be treated as invalid.

You must be 18 or the higher legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. We may request age proof and freeze the account until it is provided.

You must not register if gambling is illegal where you live or from where you access the Service. Checking local law is your duty. We may refuse any registration without giving a reason.

KYC: we may request identity, address, source of funds or source of wealth documents at any time, especially before a withdrawal. Until checks are complete we may hold payouts or restrict play.

One person, one account. Duplicate, shared or collusive accounts may be closed. Balances on those accounts may be held while we investigate. If you discover a second account, tell support immediately.

Keep login details and any 2FA secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not sell, gift or buy accounts. Tell us at once if you see unauthorised access or a calculation error on a bet.

5. Your warranties

You warrant that: you are acting for yourself and not for a third party; funds are yours and of lawful origin; you are not a politically exposed person we are forbidden to serve (or you have disclosed that status when asked); you will not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion; you are not self-excluded from gambling with us or under a court or regulator ban that applies to this Service.

You will keep profile data up to date and will not use VPNs, proxies or similar tools to hide your location in order to bypass geo or legal restrictions.

6. Our warranties

We will provide the Service with reasonable care, subject to maintenance, supplier outages and these Terms. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free access. Games and odds are supplied “as available” by studios and trading partners.

7. Deposits

Deposit only by methods shown in the cashier, in your own name. Minimums, maximums, fees and currencies are those displayed at the time of the transfer.

A deposit is credited when the payment provider confirms it to us, not when you click pay. Chargebacks, recalls or failed crypto network events may reverse the credit and any play funded by it.

We may refuse or reverse a deposit that looks fraudulent, from a stolen instrument, from a mixer or from a sanctioned source. Crypto deposits must be sent to the exact address and network shown; sending on the wrong chain may result in permanent loss that we cannot recover.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid only to an instrument we accept that is in your name (or a crypto address you control and have used as we require). Limits, pending times and KYC holds are shown in the cashier or notified by support.

If the cashier shows a playthrough or wagering bar on a deposit, you must complete it before that balance can be withdrawn or transferred. Sports bets usually count when the event settles, not when the slip is placed.

Active bonus wagering must be finished or forfeited according to the bonus rules before a cash-out of the related balance. We may split, delay or reject a payout pending verification or AML review.

You are responsible for taxes and for the accuracy of the destination details. Network fees on crypto withdrawals may be deducted as displayed.

9. Player funds, chargebacks and stolen payments

Account balance is a claim against us to play or withdraw under these Terms, not a bank deposit and not a client-money trust unless the law of the operator requires otherwise.

If you or your bank reverses a deposit (chargeback, recall, dispute), we may debit the account, void bets funded by that money and recover the shortfall. Stolen or unauthorised payment methods void related play.

10. Placing bets and wagers

A bet is accepted only if the stake is covered by available real or bonus balance as the product rules allow, and the game round or betting slip is registered on our or the supplier’s system.

Maximum stakes, market availability and game RTP or tables may change. We may refuse or limit a bet without listing every reason (risk, jurisdiction, responsible-gaming, integrity).

Once a casino round has started or a sports bet is accepted, you cannot cancel it except where the product explicitly allows (for example cash-out if offered).

11. Confirmation of bets

The record in your history (and the supplier’s round or ticket id) is the confirmation. A screen freeze, browser back-button or missing toast does not mean the bet failed or succeeded. Check history or ask support before placing again.

Settled results from the game studio or sportsbook feed are final, subject to section 19 (errors) and obvious palpable errors in odds or settlement.

12. Bonuses

Promotions are optional. Each bonus has its own rules: eligibility, wagering, game weighting, time limit, max bet, max cash-out and country restrictions. Those rules form part of these Terms.

Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, low-risk cycling, staking contrary to max-bet, collusion, using a bonus where excluded) may void the bonus and related winnings and may close the account.

We may change or withdraw a promotion for the future. We will not apply a harsher wagering rule to a bonus already granted except where the original terms allow it or the bonus was obtained in breach.

13. Product rules and our authority

Casino, live, sportsbook and other product pages may set extra rules. Staff and automated risk systems may apply limits, void bets or request documents. Instructions from official support channels form part of how the account is operated, provided they do not secretly contradict these Terms to your detriment without notice.

14. Prohibited uses

You must not: use bots, scrapers or undisclosed software to play; collude; exploit bugs; manipulate odds, feeds or jackpots; use another person’s account or payment method; engage in match-fixing or insider betting; insult staff or other players; attack the infrastructure; or use the Service for any crime.

Professional advantage play against a bonus or a mispriced market may be treated as prohibited if it breaches the bonus or market rules we published.

15. Your equipment

You need a compatible device, browser and stable connection. We are not responsible for bets that fail to send because of your hardware, OS, extensions, or local network. Keep your device free of malware that could steal the session.

16. Fair use and integrity

RNG and live games are supplied by studios. We may share data with those studios and with sports integrity bodies when we suspect irregular betting. We may delay settlement while an event is under investigation.

17. Software and technology issues

If a game, stream or ticket system fails mid-round, we may restore the pre-round balance, void the round, or honour a result already locked by the supplier — whichever matches the supplier’s incident procedure.

Scheduled maintenance may take the cashier or lobby offline. We are not liable for bets you could not place during downtime.

You must not reverse-engineer, copy or attack game clients, APIs or our site.

18. Third-party content

Games, live dealers, sports feeds, chat widgets and payment pages may be hosted by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices apply to that slice of the flow. We are not responsible for independent websites we only link to.

19. Errors

If odds, a prize, a balance, a jackpot or a settlement is obviously wrong (palpable error, duplicate credit, misconfigured table), we may correct the record and void or re-settle the affected bets. You must report such errors instead of exploiting them. Winnings from an exploited error may be reversed.

20. Breach

On a breach (or a reasonable suspicion of breach) we may: suspend play; freeze the balance; withhold withdrawals; void bets and bonuses; recover amounts already paid; close the account; and report to payment partners, studios or competent authorities.

Closing for breach does not cancel your duty to pay a negative balance or a chargeback shortfall.

21. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss of profit, data, chance, reputation, or indirect loss, and for delays of banks, blockchains, ISPs or game studios.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of the disputed stake or the deposit/withdrawal concerned, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud, where the law forbids a cap.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that a consumer cannot waive in their country of residence.

22. Intellectual property

The DaimondBet name, logos, layout, copy and software belong to us or our licensors. Game math, artwork and live tables belong to the studios. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the Service for personal play only. Commercial scraping, mirroring or resale is forbidden.

23. Disputes

Write to support@247bet.site from the email on the account, with ticket ids, timestamps and screenshots. We will review supplier logs. You should raise a dispute within a reasonable time after the round or settlement (we may refuse stale claims where logs have rotated).

If we cannot resolve it, you may use any statutory complaint or court route that remains available to you. Using the Service does not force you into an unfair waiver of mandatory consumer courts where those courts have exclusive competence.

24. Amendment and closure of the Service

We may change games, limits, countries and payment methods. We may stop the Service. Pending lawful withdrawals will be processed where AML and these Terms allow. You may request account closure via support after open bets settle and KYC is complete.

25. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of the Service, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Courts of that operator jurisdiction may hear disputes, unless a mandatory local court must hear them instead.

26. Severability

If a clause is invalid, the rest of the Terms stay in force. The invalid clause is replaced by the valid rule closest to the original commercial intent.

27. Assignment

You may not assign the account. We may assign or novate the Service (for example a corporate reorganisation) and will notify you if that changes who you contract with.

28. Miscellaneous

Gambling can be harmful. Use limits, time-outs and self-exclusion via support if play stops being entertainment. We may impose limits ourselves.

Failure to enforce a right once is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement for use of the Service, together with the Privacy Policy and on-site product rules.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
